Well, it’s a script that could be a movie…
It’s time to get this out there!
I wrote a cool 150 something page script that goes where no man has gone before…that sounds familiar…I actually have four full blown movie scripts and one documentary called “All Ages Sunday” I am jamming on finishing (you can see that preview here http://youtu.be/TSeX59ij6Kw)
HOWEVER, I feel you are reading this because you like wrestling and the wrestling business right?
I take you there…and through it…and in it…and I am confident it’s a pretty unique take on it all since I lived it…saw it…did it…
I wrote it two and half years ago…sat on it…tweaked it…and…here we are….no reason to say not to try and do something cool with a sick story…but how much of a story is it?
The logline is pretty basic…
Saint – DRAMA
A professional wrestler tries to sustain his new found fame and diva girlfriend but must battle a vicious cycle of drug abuse, death, and jealous peers before his star falls forever.
What isn’t basic is the adventure this set’s you on…
Really…
It’s funny, intense, sad, happy, bloody, sexy, passionate, violent, druggy, rotten, symbolic, deadly, heroic, and…
It’s the business…
It’s all parts of the business…
Parts of the most storied and cutting edge promotion ever….
It’s not “The Wrestler” it’s very different…
Names have been changed to protect me…
